Greg Savoie – Drummer

Hi, I’m Greg Savoie — Drummer for The Jill Goodson Band, based in North Carolina.

I began playing drums at the age of 7, inspired by my brother Sean after he got his first kit. Since then, drumming has been a constant in my life. I performed in both orchestra and jazz band from 3rd through 12th grade, and played snare for the Northern Highlands Marching and Jazz Bands. While attending Providence College, I continued my musical journey with the jazz and pep bands, as well as a local rock group called Special Guests.

In North Carolina’s bar and live music scene, I’ve had the pleasure of performing with:

I’m a dedicated, hard-working drummer who’s always pushing to improve. I’m currently studying under my close friend, mentor, and incredible drummer, Josh Orlando.
